The ‘Specification for PAYE tax table routines’ has been updated to version 24.0 (February 2026).
HM Revenue and Customs have issued, on Wednesday 11th February 2026, the updated specification for Income which reflect the adjusted parameter values for Scottish Income Tax.
The values for England, Northern Ireland and Wales remain frozen.
