The HMRC Software Developer Support Team have notified two updates to the Real Time Information technical specifications and an update to the RTI data items.
They provide the following:
There have been two additions to the 2022-23 RTI technical pack for internet submissions on GOV.UK at
- The non-form validation rules (NFVRs) document has been updated to version 1.2. This incorporates two new error conditions and messages – error codes 7816 and 7817 – relating to claims for CIS deductions. These new error conditions will apply to EPS submissions for tax year 2022-23 onwards.
- The 2022-23 Data Items Guide v1.0 has been published. Please see the changes section for further information.

Please note that the planned date for the Local Test Service release has altered. The plans for the test services are now:
