
Good Employment Week 2025
Good Employment Week is an annual week of activities, that aims to raise awareness of good employment across city-regions.
Developed by the Greater Manchester Good Employment Charter, this year the Mayor’s Good Work Standard are celebrating Good Employment Week in London with a range of events and social media campaigns:
The Conflict Lab: Fresh strategies for difficult conversations

Discovery sessions
The Economic Fairness team run information sessions to get employers started on their accreditation journey every first Thursday of the month at 10am.
These sessions will help them to understand:
- what is the Good Work Standard and its benefits
- how to get started with your accreditation process and achieve the standard
- what makes up the Good Work Standard criteria
- what does good evidence look like
- wider benefits of being part of the Good Work Standard community.
