To protect the jobs and livelihoods of the British people through the remaining phase of this crisis, the furlough scheme will be extended until the end of September.
Employer share
Employers will contribute:
- Currently = 0%
- From 1st July 2021 = 10%
- From 1st August 2021 = 20%
Qualifying employees
The Scheme is extended to employees who have been reported on Real Time Information (RTI) Full Payment Submissions (FPS) reported up to midnight of 2nd March 2021 for furlough starting from 1st May 2021.
