
Six month suspension to the enforcement of gender pay gap regulations.
Due to the impact of Coronavirus (COVID‑19), the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) have announced that employers now have until 5th October 2021 to report their gender pay gap information for the 20/21 reporting year (which uses a snapshot date of 31st March 2020 and 6th April 2020). No enforcement action will be taken if they report by then.
