The TUC is looking to engage with childcare workers to understand their experiences of working in the sector before and during the pandemic.
They want to understand the priorities childcare workers have for reform of the sector and what they would like to see happen to improve working conditions.
Who should complete this survey
The survey seeks to engage all childcare workers which include directly employed workers working in public and private childcare, agency workers, self employed childcare workers, au pairs and nannies.
They encourage participants to answer all questions, including the demographic questions so we can get a good understanding of the picture for childcare workers across the country.
This survey takes approximately 5 minutes to complete, and answers are anonymous and confidential. The survey closes on 10th January 2022.
